What this tool does
Upload images and documents to the Livea media library. You'll get a direct URL to paste into Airtable — no Cloudflare access needed.

Steps
1 — Enter your access key
Type the access key in the field at the top. You only need to do this once per session.
2 — Select a file
Click the file area or drag and drop. The tool auto-detects the destination:
- Images (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP…) → livea-images
- Everything else (PDFs, docs…) → livea-documents
3 — Override destination (optional)
Two buttons appear after selecting a file. The correct one is highlighted — tap the other to change it.
4 — Upload
Click Upload file. When done, a URL appears below the button.
5 — Copy the URL into Airtable
Click Copy and paste directly into the Airtable field.
6 — Upload another (optional)
Click Upload another file to reset without refreshing the page.
Good to know
- File names are cleaned automatically — spaces become underscores, a timestamp is added so nothing gets overwritten.
- The URL is permanent and publicly accessible.
- Unauthorized error? Double-check the access key.
- Upload failed? Check your connection and try again.
